Opening a RapidRealty franchise is a streamlined process. From getting to know the company to selecting a site to learning how to run a successful RapidRealty office, our franchise team will be with you every step of the way.

Step 1

Learn about RapidRealty

Step 2

LET’S TALK

Use our Request Franchise Information form to get in touch with us. A member of our franchise team will give you a call to discuss the RapidRealty franchising options open to you, your preference for location, your financial needs, and of course, to answer any preliminary questions you might have.

Step 3

take a franchise tour

After your initial phone call, we’ll set up a franchise tour to fit your schedule. Come and see RapidRealty franchises in action as you enjoy a personal guided tour led by members of our knowledgeable franchise team. You’ll get to meet real RapidRealty franchisees and agents, get a feel for our office layouts and company environment, and learn more about what goes into running a successful RapidRealty franchise.

Step 4

get our fdd

After the tour, we’ll send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which will give you an insider’s look at franchising with RapidRealty.
Franchise regulations state that you must have the FDD for at least 14 calendar days before you can purchase a franchise. This gives you time to review the FDD, discuss any questions with our franchise team, and work on pinning down a location and obtaining any financing you might need.

Step 5

Get our Franchise Agreement

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send you our Franchise Agreement. This written contract between you and RapidRealty spells out both parties’ obligations to one another. If you’re becoming an area developer, we’ll also send you our Area Developer Agreement (ADA).

In accordance with franchise regulations, you must have the Franchise Agreement (and ADA) for at least 7 days before finalizing the purchase of a franchise. This disclosure period can run concurrently with the 14 day disclosure period for the FDD.

Step 6

it’s time to sign

After the disclosure periods are over and all your questions have been answered, it’s time to sign your RapidRealty Franchise Agreement. Your initial franchise fee will be due at this time.

Congratulations! You just became a RapidRealty franchisee! Now it’s time to learn the ropes and build out your office.

Step 7

training

Our comprehensive Franchisee In Training (FIT) program can be custom-tailored around your schedule, and can be completed in as little as four weeks. During this time, you’ll learn every aspect of owning and operating a RapidRealty franchise.

You’ll receive hands-on instruction and shadow some of RapidRealty’s best and brightest, including top agents and most experienced franchise owners. You’ll also have 24/7 access to a huge wealth of online training materials designed to help you with everything from recruiting a team to bookkeeping.

If you’re new to real estate and want to get your real estate license, we will also assist you in getting a top-quality education and meeting all of your state’s licensing requirements.

Step 8

Build out your site

While you’re learning everything there is to know about running a RapidRealty office, you’ll also begin the process of putting that office together. Our franchise team will assist you every step of the way, from site selection to negotiating a favorable lease (and who better to help you get a great lease than RapidRealty?) to designing a customized layout and signage to finding the right contractors to make your space look amazing.

Once the final touches are in place, there’s only one thing left to do…

Step 9

Cut the ribbon

It’s time for your grand opening! Invite your friends and family, and prepare to be joined by members of RapidRealty’s executive team, agents, and your fellow franchisees as you celebrate this exciting moment. Congratulations: your life is about to change forever!

The typical start-up costs for a new RapidRealty franchise average approximately $100,000, including the initial franchise fee. However, we have many options are available to meet different budgetary needs.
